STAR’s remit is to drive up commitment to the TRIG framework across the entire industry, encompassing the wider market and so improve the experience for consumers across all transfers and re-registrations.
STAR will help formalise the standards, governance and SLAs required to move the whole of the industry forward to providing better and more consistent delivery of transfers.
As part of the ongoing operation of STAR, Management Information will be reported regularly from across the industry. Greater transparency and consistency will help set the competitive benchmark, encouraging others to join STAR, to the benefit of both consumers and market.
