Dawn has over 30 years’ experience in the life, pensions and investment industry, specialising in programme delivery, proposition development and go‑to‑market execution.
Before joining Criterion, she held roles at Standard Life, Aberdeen and Royal London, leading large‑scale digital, regulatory and transformation initiatives across pensions, investments and retirement in both advised and non‑advised markets. Her experience includes delivering complex change, developing and implementing digital propositions, ensuring strong governance and regulatory alignment and managing diverse stakeholders across product, distribution and technology.
Collaborative and hands‑on, she blends strategic insight with practical delivery to create customer‑focused, commercially effective solutions.
At Criterion, Dawn draws on this experience to lead programme management activity and work closely with stakeholders across the industry, to drive the adoption and evolution of standards, ensuring coordinated delivery and meaningful benefits for firms and customers.
