This June, our team is taking on a collective challenge of completing 3.5 million steps in support of Waverley Care.
Waverley Care is a Scottish charity that provides practical and emotional support to people impacted by HIV or hepatitis C. Its work focuses on improving health outcomes, reducing new infections, and addressing the stigma that still surrounds these conditions. It also plays a vital role in delivering education and outreach across communities.
Our goal is to complete 3.5 million steps over the month, which is about the equivalent of walking from Edinburgh to Rome! It’s a team effort with everyone getting involved. Whether it’s through daily commutes, lunchtime walks, or weekend hikes, we’re all contributing to the total.
This challenge also reflects our wider commitment to wellbeing, teamwork, and social responsibility. It's an opportunity to come together, stay active, and raise awareness for a cause that aligns with our values of care and inclusion.
Throughout the month, we’ll be sharing updates on our progress, stories from the team, and insights into the vital work that Waverley Care is doing.
We invite you to follow our journey and help amplify the message: every step matters.
Please donate to our challenge if you can.
