Karl Greenway - Director of Wealth Platforms, Aviva
Karl is an experienced financial services executive and has worked at Aviva for nearly 20 years, originally joining as a graduate from Warwick University in 2005. Karl oversees proposition development for Aviva’s advised, direct and workplace platforms, driving everything from strategy definition and prioritisation, through to solution and delivery.
As a leader of 75 employees across the UK, Karl is at the forefront of platform innovation and operational excellence. He oversees ongoing support for these platforms, including issue management, service monitoring, data and integrations, all of which are key to ensuring smooth platform operations and effective customer service.
As a chartered marketer, with a strong passion for user experience, Karl has been instrumental in enhancing Aviva’s digital offerings and driving profitable growth in the wealth sector. Having worked closely with FNZ since the launch of the direct platform in 2015, his expertise and leadership will be invaluable as he steps into his role as Director at Criterion.
Danny Wynn - Director, Record Keeping Platforms, - Global Platforms Solutions, Fidelity
Danny has been with Fidelity since 2015, leading the core technology teams covering their retail platform and workplace investing businesses. He is an experienced senior leader with nearly 30 years’ experience in financial services.
Danny graduated from the London School of Economics in 1996, before starting his career at Legal & General and then Allfunds Bank. His experience spans both protection and wealth, with leadership roles across strategy, propositions, marketing, business development, risk, operations, and change.
With a proven track record of delivering transformative technology solutions, Danny’s expertise will be instrumental in shaping Criterion’s continued success in an evolving financial landscape.
