We recently strengthened the breadth and depth of our Board by appointing six new non-executive directors.

We are focussed on driving forward the development of sustainable Standards and Governance services that are vital for the movement of data and the automation of processes in the UK’s long-term savings, investment, pensions and protection markets. Criterion Standards are used by leading providers, platforms, advisers, promoting efficiency throughout the industry. They provide the backbone for the exchange and movement of data for a large range of processes, helping organisations to significantly cut the costs of linking between systems.

Pat Shea, Chairman, Criterion:

We are delighted to have David, Gail, Jonny, Matthew, Morgan and Peter join our Board. Since we secured full independence from Origo in 2020, we have been making significant progress and have successfully expanded the Board and indeed, transformed it. I’m delighted that we continue to uplift capability and expertise from across the industry. The experience and expertise they bring will be invaluable, as we continue to progress. They bring their commercial awareness, strategic thinking, leadership, proven communication, astute judgment, adaptability and effective collaboration – all of great benefit to Criterion.
